Hyrizen designs the customer-facing website and the operating systems behind it: booking, commerce, custom workflows, integrations, and search architecture. Founded in 2020 in Champaign–Urbana, Illinois.
Who we work with
Hyrizen works with service businesses whose website, customer experience, and daily operation meet online. Some need a clearer and more credible site. Others need customers to book, pay, buy, complete intake, or move through a custom workflow without information being copied between disconnected tools.
The common requirement is not an industry. It is a business that has outgrown the way its digital operation was assembled. Hyrizen has developed deeper patterns for law firms, med spas, and salons and spas, but the studio is not limited to those categories.
What we believe
Connected decisions beat disconnected tools. The website, booking software, shop, CRM, email, and internal workflow should not contradict one another. Hyrizen decides what should remain, what should connect, and what has become a workaround worth replacing.
Structure is part of communication. A page has to work visually for the person reading it and structurally for the search and AI systems retrieving it. Design, content, and technical architecture are therefore planned together.
Accuracy over hype. No invented reviews, no fabricated schema, no guaranteed rankings, no “AI-optimized” theater. Everything on a Hyrizen site is traceable to a source you control.
Ownership should be explicit. The client owns the domain, content, code, analytics, data, and payment account. A website can run without a Hyrizen care plan. Systems Hyrizen actively operates require care because live data, integrations, and credentials need an accountable owner.
Who does the work
Brandon Sorensen
Founder. Nearly a decade in consumer finance and insurance compliance before founding Hyrizen. Brandon scopes, designs, and builds every engagement, wrote StatikBase, and publishes Hyrizen’s research. The same accountability runs from the first conversation through launch and care.
How we work
Every engagement begins with discovery and a written scope covering the problem, deliverables, boundaries, fixed price, and timeline. The architecture is agreed before visual design or software implementation begins. Work is reviewed on a shareable preview, rehearsed against real scenarios, and launched with migration and operational responsibilities documented.
